Truth About Abs Review
Please take the time to read this Truth About Abs review before you decide whether buy or not. It might be a bestseller but that doesn’t mean it’s right for everyone, so reading this review might well save you time and money.
The Truth About Six Pack Abs is a product created by Michael Geary, a qualified personal trainer and nutritionist. It’s main purpose is to help people lose stubborn belly fat and give them well-defined abdominal muscles.
Unlike lots of other websites attempting a similar thing, this one seems to be based on genuine scientific principles with respect to exercise and the need for a balanced diet. What it doesn’t do is promote pills, supplements or any of the miracle cures we see so much of.
What does the product contain?
There are actually three products in the “The Truth About Six Pack Abs” package.
- The Basic package which is priced at $39.95, consists of the main Truth About Abs program available as a download, together with an extra six supplemental ebooks, plus 30 days free access to the Global Health and Fitness website.
- The Delux package which costs $67.95 add an extra two ebooks.
- The Ultimate package is $157.95 and has everything contained in the Deluxe package, plus a hardback copy of the main Truth About Abs program together with two training DVDs and an audio CD.
The main site contains an offer for a free ebook along with a personalized metabolic rate calculator and a collection of five free abs workouts. You’ll need to register to get access to these.
The Truth About Abs website has been around for a while and is now the most popular abs program on the internet, according to ClickBank. The site contains many pages of glowing testimonials from people who have previously bought the abs program.
In addition, I noticed there weren’t many other sites which were trying to expose The Truth About Abs as any kind of scam – something you tend to see quite a lot of with health related websites. In fact the worst comment I was able to find was one on Yahoo Answers from someone complaining that it was no easier than working with a personal trainer. Since Mike Geary doesn’t ever claim that it is, this doesn’t amount to much of a criticism. And I’d add that it’s certainly going to be a lot cheaper than working with a personal trainer.
The main part of The Truth About Abs program is centered on the 120 page ebook, which contains exercises to promote and increase belly fat loss. The abs exercises mostly use free weights and balls. The ebook also contains a comprehensive overview of the principles of what constitues a healthy diet.
Here’s a brief summary of what the book teaches;
- 15 ways of speeding up your metabolism so that you’re losing fat constantly
- 13 nutritional methods to increase your muscle tone
- 50 of the most effective exercises for creating a six pack fast
- a full body training program
- tips for keeping going when it starts to get tough
- the secret to eating what you enjoy and burning fat – both at the same time
These points really do sum up what The Truth About Abs is all about — it shows you step by step how to get a flat stomach through nutrition and exercise.
The Truth About Six Pack Abs program isn’t full of hype, and it doesn’t promise anything that isn’t possible for you, me, or anyone else that decides to commit to changing the way they look. If you decide you’re going to get a flat stomach, this book will show you how and guide you through the process.
It’s true that none of this will be much of a surprise to anyone that exercises regularly or works out at the gym, but certainly if you are looking for a good, concise guide to losing belly fat, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending The Truth About Abs program.
By the way, you might be interested in the special offer that’s running at the moment where you can try the program for only $4.95 instead of the usual $39.95. It’s not very well advertised but you can click here to go direct to the special discount page and find out more.
